Any defective item not due to misuse can be exchanged 1-to-1 if reported within 7 days of receipt. The buyer covers shipping to Hong Kong, and we cover return shipping to the buyer.

Yes, we offer a 30-day refund window. Please note that a 25% restocking fee applies to all refunds, and shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

We offer a one-year warranty on the main machine and a three-month warranty for consumable parts. Exchanges or replacements for manufacturer defects during this period are free, though shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility.

No, we do not charge VAT. All import taxes, customs duties, and related charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
